Agricultural enterprises of the republic received 29 thousand tons of greenhouse vegetables in the outgoing season. This is 300 tons more than in the previous year. Among the leading producers of the industry are the “Novocheboksarsky” greenhouse complex and the “Oldeevskaya” agrofirm. Since January 2024, 19.2 thousand tons of cucumbers, 10.3 thousand tons of tomatoes and 288 tons of eggplants have been grown here.
