Alexander Brechalov visited the enterprise “Flowers of Udmurtia” LLC

During a working trip, the secretary of the regional branch of the party, the Head of the Udmurt Republic, Alexander Brechalov, visited the enterprise Flowers of Udmurtia LLC, a participant in the Labor Productivity national project initiated by Russian President Vladimir Putin. “Udmurtia is the leader among the regions of the country in terms of flower supplies. Now, thanks to the sanctions, the enterprise has new opportunities to fulfill the federal task of replacing imported flowers with Russian varieties, “said Alexander Brechalov, cutting 140 million roses in the greenhouses of Udmurtia. LLC Flowers of Udmurtia is one of the largest enterprises in Russia, which specializes in industrial production roses, was established in 2005. The territory of the enterprise is 15 hectares, 6 of them are occupied by a modern greenhouse complex, in which about 40 different varieties of roses are grown.The design capacity of the complex is more than 12 million roses per year.During the design and construction of the greenhouse complex, modern materials and equipment were used, as well as advanced technologies, which made it possible to create a unique complex for Udmurtia.In December last year, the enterprise entered the national project “Labor Productivity”. Within 6 months of the project, together with experts from the Regional Competence Center, the enterprise carried out l measures to optimize the process of cutting, sorting, packing and shipping roses. The complex of measures implemented during the project will allow to obtain an annual economic effect in the amount of 356 thousand rubles. Measures aimed at improving the working conditions of workers were also implemented. As part of import substitution, the company independently cuts roses on its own (previously, cuttings were purchased from Holland), and is also working towards switching from foreign to Russian fertilizers.
