DLI continues innovating: LED TopLight with 3.6 µmol/J!

Dutch Lighting Innovations is an innovative company with a focus on the development and manufacture of grow lights for the global greenhouse industry. We only use high-grade materials for our low-maintenance lighting fixtures, to guarantee the reliability and long lifespan of our products.

In addition to the HPS fixtures DLI also has a large portfolio of LED products for growing vegetables, fruit, flowers, plants and propagation material.

“DLI’s mission is to always create a fixture that surpasses the performance of the competitors, whilst improving the design to suit the purpose.”

DIODE High Efficiency TopLight
To further expand the existing LED fixtures range, Dutch Lighting Innovations proudly presents the DIODE High Efficiency TopLight.

DLI’s new generation high-efficiency LED TopLight fixtures deliver outstanding performance with a low power consumption of 518W and a light output of 1,850 µmol. This equates to an efficiency of 3.6 µmol/J! Compared to the traditional 1,000W HPS light fixture, this means a reduction in power consumption of more than 50%.

Due to the carefully positioned LED bars in the compact fixture, the DIODE High Efficiency TopLight fixture has an excellent light distribution and optimum passive cooling of the components. With the aforementioned specifications, the relatively low weight, minimal light interception, maintenance-free housing and the use of high-quality materials, the DIODE is unique in the market.

If you are considering replacing your current HPS fixtures, DLI offers two options:

If you wish to reduce energy consumption, but still maintain the current light levels, it is possible to replace an existing 1,000W HPS fixture with a DIODE High Efficiency TopLight. This results in a significant reduction in power consumption of more than 50%.

However, if a higher level of light is required, it is also possible to replace an HPS 1,000W fixture with two DIODE High Efficiency TopLights. This would allow twice as much light to be generated with the same amount of power.

Light is invaluable when growing vegetables, fruit, flowers and plants. With our extensive experience in professional greenhouse lighting, DLI can definitely assist you in choosing the right type of lighting for your specific situation.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about our products, but we are also here for you if you have any questions about your current lighting system!
