Bor greenhouses are located on the territory of the Nizhny Novgorod region and are the largest closed complex for growing vegetable crops in the region. The greenhouse complex is completely built according to unique Dutch agricultural technologies that allow you to get a high yield of premium quality. The purpose of the greenhouse complex is to increase the replacement of imported cucumbers and tomatoes on supermarket shelves. With the emergence of competition in the regional market, vegetable prices have stopped their growth, and the choice has multiplied.

In the summer of this year, the greenhouse enterprise initiated the elimination of shortcomings related to the operation of the complex. Significant funds have already been allocated to the organization of research and troubleshooting steps. The measures will include the installation of special light-suppressing and noise-insulating mechanisms. Noise limitation around greenhouse gas generators in the Forest will be implemented by sound-absorbing cabins, and windows will be fenced with special mats. The brightness of sodium lamps will be minimized by introducing curtains and screens that absorb light into the complex. They will be located on the walls and roofs of buildings. This will block the rays of light that go beyond the boundary of the greenhouse complex.

Previously, the region had to buy imported vegetables, but with the advent of Bor greenhouses, the need for this disappeared. Nizhny Novgorod Shopping Center predicts further growth of the plant’s production, the company is taking a trend to increase cultivation. Since the launch, the collection figure has already doubled. Greenhouses in the Forest are equipped with automatic lighting control systems, and irrigation is carried out by an autonomous drip irrigation device. Nevertheless, the work is only partially automated, the production details are monitored by professionals: agronomists, agrochemists, vegetable growers, microclimate operators, plant protection agronomists.

To date, the mission of the Bor Greenhouse Plant has become the implementation of a plan to balance the cost of vegetables in the region, as well as to ensure the provision security of the Nizhny Novgorod region. For this purpose, the company uses all the forces and the most progressive methods of growing crops in the world. Representatives of greenhouses in the Forest are confident that environmental friendliness and safety is the main condition for obtaining delicious and healthy harvests that will be useful to consumers.
