For 9 months of 2022, more than 7.9 thousand tons or 100.6% of the results of the same period last year were grown in the Sakhalin region, SakhalinMedia news agency reports.

— Sakhalin greenhouse complexes provide residents of the region with vitamin products all year round, annually demonstrating positive dynamics in terms of vegetable production. The unsurpassed leader is the Greenhouse State Farm JSC, which continues a large—scale project to build 6.9 hectares of new greenhouses in the conditions of a new reality,” said Inna Pavlenko, Minister of Agriculture and Trade of the Sakhalin Region.

Recall that the construction of the largest project of the state farm “Teplichny” in 20 years is nearing completion. The complex is planned to be commissioned by the end of 2022, and to receive the first harvest in it — in early 2023. At the moment, a pile field, a reinforced concrete base and metal structures have been erected in the greenhouses, a ventilation system has been installed, and glazing has been made. Also, the facilities necessary for the maintenance of greenhouses have been built and commissioned — two electrical substations, a boiler room, a gas pipeline and a water supply.
