The greenhouse complex for growing tomatoes will be built near the village of Tsiolkovsky by the Olympia Capital Group. LLC Teplichny also intends to implement the second stage of its enterprise in the village of Chigiri. For projects, the government of the region and the agency of the Amur Region for attracting investments will attract state support measures. The memorandum of cooperation and meetings with companies were held within the framework of the Eastern Economic Forum, PriamurMedia news agency reports with reference to the investment portal of the Amur region.

“These facilities will help the Amur region to achieve self-sufficiency in vegetables. That is why we are so actively working with such investment projects. Support measures are in place for them, including reimbursement of direct costs incurred. Now new mechanisms are being developed in the field of vegetable growing and storage of manufactured products,” said Pavel Puzanov, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Amur Region.

880 million rubles of investments will be invested in the complex for growing vegetables in the village of Chigiri. Construction is planned to begin at the beginning of next year. More than 2 thousand tons of tomatoes, cucumbers and greens will be grown on an area of more than 3 hectares.

In turn, the greenhouse project near Tsiolkovsky plans to concentrate on growing tomatoes. The capacity is more than 4 thousand tons of vegetables per year. According to the investor, the facility will be able to be built closer to the end of 2024. This will require about 4 billion rubles of investment.

“To implement this project, it is necessary to have about 30 million cubic meters of gas per year. The investor will also be helped to find personnel for the project. There are plans to extend the preferences of the territory of advanced development to the greenhouse for growing tomatoes, to choose a site,” Olga Temchenko, director of the Agency of the Amur Region for Attracting Investments, told about the work on the project.

Recall that the authorities of the Amur region plan to increase the provision of the Amur region with milk of their own production to 91% by 2025. For this purpose, measures have been developed to support enterprises building livestock complexes. By 2025, it is planned to increase milk production by 31%, meat — by 14%. The share of the region’s provision with milk of its own production will grow to 91%
