The Lipetsk agro-industrial complex continues to work and develop steadily.
As part of a visit to the Khlevensky district last week, Deputy Head of the region Igor Kremnev visited one of the largest enterprises in the Chernozem region for the production of rabbit meat. Lipetsk Krobit LLC is an example of a successful family business. The farm is managed by the father and sons – Nikolai, Andrey and Ruslan Zvyagin. The rabbit breeding complex was launched 3 years ago, and recently reached its design capacity of 750 tons of dietary rabbit meat per year. It has its own slaughter shop and semi-finished products shop. The assortment includes whole carcasses, offal, cutlets, kupaty, dumplings, meatballs and a marinade group of products. Next in line is the production of sausages. All this variety of dietary products goes to retail chains, through which it diverges throughout the country. Lipetsk Krobit LLC has the status of a breeding farm and receives state support from the regional and federal budgets.
At the end of the trip around the Khlevensky district, Igor Kremnev examined the greenhouses of AgroAlliance Lipetsk LLC. The company specializes in growing premium-exclusive products. In addition to cucumbers and tomatoes, they began to grow peppers here. “At the moment, all cucumber seeds are Russian, and all tomatoes are Dutch,” said Ismail Kangyul, director of the greenhouse complex. – In the future, we want to replace them with seeds from Russian companies. There are no problems with seeds today. But what we used to receive in a week may now come in a month.” The company is modernizing greenhouses and is thinking about starting the construction of the second stage.
“Despite any difficulties, the Lipetsk agro-industrial complex continues to work and develop steadily. The enterprises of the region produce much more than what is required to ensure food security. The state, for its part, is sensitive to the needs of farmers. For agriculture, all types of support that were available last year have been preserved – at that time we brought more than 3.6 billion rubles from the federal and regional budgets. And this year, this amount will increase and be replenished with new types of support,” said the deputy head of the region.
