The greenhouses of the Minsk Vegetable Factory today occupy an area of about 19 hectares. Cucumbers, tomatoes, eggplants, and sweet peppers are successfully grown here. The company also produces green crops: lettuce and parsley, arugula, dill, basil. Every month, its specialists collect up to 100 thousand packages of fresh herbs. On average, the factory receives almost 9 thousand tons of various vegetable products per year.
