The Governor of the Voronezh Region spoke about the construction of one of the largest greenhouse complexes in Europe on the territory of the Bobrovsky District. It opened last year, and work is underway to expand it. The complex is called “Voronezh”. 446 people are already working there, and soon there will be 1122 people. At the moment, the Voronezhsky complex occupies an area of 20 hectares. It was able to produce 4257 tons of products. With the opening of phases III and IV of the enterprise, the area will increase to 100 hectares.
– You have probably seen Bobrovskie tomatoes in retail chains. And since February of this year, cucumber seeds have been planted here. Since the beginning of the year, 2,850 tons of products have been collected, – Governor Gusev commented.
