The day before, in the Novoanninsky district, employees of fish protection and administration discussed with entrepreneurs the rules for working near water bodies.
Representatives of the district administration, the chief architect, the state inspector of the Tsimlyansk Department of State Control, Supervision and Protection of Aquatic Biological Resources and the head of the Staroanninsky settlement met with individual entrepreneurs who use greenhouses in the water protection zone of the Chernaya River.
As it turned out, there are many complaints from residents of the settlement about the use of land near the river in violation of environmental legislation. Citizens are especially concerned about the production of fertilizers and the withdrawal of water resources, leading to a decrease in water levels.
As a result of the meeting, it was decided to propose to entrepreneurs to move greenhouses to other land plots that are located outside the water protection zone and the territory of the village. For this, the administration of the Novoanninsky district is ready to provide land, the Azovo-Chernomorsky territorial department of the Federal Agency for Fishery reported.
In addition, control over the use of sites and compliance with legal requirements will be strengthened.
