Last week, the Construction Assistance Center under the Government of the Moscow Region received 26 new projects. Of these: 9 – objects of large business, 17 – small.
26 commercial facilities will be built in the Moscow region
Big business projects:
– an agricultural production building on a plot of 152.5 hectares in the Ruza urban district;
– an agricultural building on a plot of 72.6 hectares in the urban district of Lyubertsy;
– an enterprise producing prefabricated reinforced concrete on an area of 11.5 hectares in the urban district of Solnechnogorsk;
– production of server cases on a site with an area of 6 hectares in the urban district of Dubna;
– 2 buildings for agricultural production on plots of 2.5 and 2.46 hectares in the urban district of Istra;
– an industrial building on a plot of 2 hectares in the urban district of Dolgoprudny;
– a greenhouse on a plot of 1.7 hectares in the urban district of Mytishchi;
– an agricultural building on a plot of 1.1 hectares in the Leninsky urban district;
– a filling station on a 0.7-hectare site in the urban district of Pushkinsky.
Small business projects include:
– a warehouse on a site with an area of 6.05 hectares in the urban district of Solnechnogorsk;
– production and amenity building on a plot of 3.5 hectares in the urban district of Kolomna;
– an industrial building on a plot of 1.39 hectares in the Sergiev Posad city district;
– an industrial building on a plot of 1.2 hectares in the urban district of Yegorievsk;
– a facility for the storage of special equipment on a 1 hectare site in the urban district of Podolsk;
– 2 warehouses on a plot of 0.8 hectares in the Dmitrovsky urban district;
– an industrial building on a plot of 0.5 hectares in the Bogorodsky urban district;
– a building for outpatient services on a 0.2-hectare site in the urban district of Podolsk;
– an administrative and production building on a plot of 0.18 hectares in the urban district of Khimki, etc.
