The Tyumen company “AgroIntellect”, which develops a software package for intelligent control of biological agents for pest control in industrial greenhouses, focuses consumers on the means of protection that are available on the domestic market.

Large industrial greenhouses in Russia, according to the company’s CEO Alexei Prokhoshin, were built mainly according to Dutch (Dutch) technologies, and under the sanctions they are experiencing rather mental problems.

“Decisions about the drugs that are used in greenhouses, of course, are made by agronomists,” he said. “We can only suggest the best option. After the imposition of sanctions, all greenhouses are forced to switch to Russian-made protective equipment, and experience some uncertainty about their effectiveness. We offer only those drugs that are on the Russian market.

AgroIntellect LLC is a resident of the Tyumen Technopark. The company is developing a software package for predicting the spread of pests in industrial greenhouses.

The main advantage of the system being created is the prediction of the spread of pests based on process modeling, which is the basis for making decisions on targeted (targeted) protection measures. Running an automated process of analyzing data and building process models from data can save time and produce more standardized results. In addition, the use of technology by potential customers (greenhouses, city farms) will help increase yields, reduce plant diseases and loss of production.

The use of the developed technology will, with an accuracy of 80-90%, predict the spatial distribution of pests over the greenhouse area and calculate the required dosage of protective equipment.
