Since the beginning of 2024, 940.9 thousand tons of vegetables have been harvested in Russia. Including in Lipetsk greenhouses – 88.8 thousand tons, which is almost 10% of the total production in the country. 44.3 thousand tons of greenhouse cucumbers, 43.2 thousand tons of greenhouse tomatoes, 1.3 thousand tons of salads have been grown in this region today. According to statistics, the region has been among the industry leaders for several years.
