According to the Ministry of Agriculture of the region, 13.2 thousand tons of cucumbers, tomatoes and salads were received in four local greenhouse complexes in January. This indicator corresponds to the level of the previous year. For several years in a row, the region has been at the top of the list of leading regions in Russia for the production of indoor vegetables. Such high results have become possible thanks to modern Lipetsk greenhouses of the fourth and fifth generations.
