The collection and shipment of products began at the new greenhouse areas of the holding in the Tula, Voronezh and Moscow regions. The indicators of collection and shipment of products from the new areas will amount to 1,400 tons per week according to the plan.
At the new production sites of the agro-industrial holding “ECO-culture” – in the greenhouse complex “Podmoskovye”, in the second stage of the greenhouse complex “Tulsky”, the third stage of the TC “Voronezhsky” – the harvest of tomatoes of the new production cycle (the so-called winter turnover) 2022- 2023. High-performance greenhouses are built using advanced industry technologies and equipped with modern equipment. More than 80% of materials and components used in construction are of domestic production.
On these new areas of the agricultural holding, a round red medium-fruited tomato is grown. This is a classic vegetable product, an indispensable ingredient in fresh salads, appetizers, first and second courses, which is most in demand among consumers. Round-shaped tomatoes have a traditional bright color, classic taste and aroma, fruit weight is 140-160 grams.
The first batches of round red medium-fruited tomato grown in the new greenhouses of ECO-Culture in the Tula, Voronezh and Moscow regions were harvested and shipped to consumers in mid-August, the collection and shipment of products from the new areas will be 1,400 tons per week according to the plan. New crop tomatoes are shipped to both federal and regional retail chains.
“All greenhouse complexes that are part of the ECO-Culture agricultural holding will begin mass harvesting of tomatoes of a new winter turnover in late September – early October. The 2022/2023 production program includes various hybrids of round and plum tomatoes, cocktail tomatoes and cherry tomatoes.
