Allard Emballages, more than 90 years of history
Founded in 1928, Allard Emballages is a French family group specialized in the manufacture and marketing of corrugated cardboard paper and packaging. It is made up of four plants (three packaging factories and a paper mill) with a strong presence in the main French agro-food markets. The company, which in 2019 had a turnover of 83 million Euro, will keep the entire workforce with the current management team at the helm.

Allard Emballages has strong growth potential thanks to the thorough process of technological renewal and professionalization undertaken in recent years.

Shared values
Hinojosa and Allard Emballages share very similar values. Both are family businesses that are committed to constant innovation, the most advanced technology and remaining close to the customer to become long-term partners in packaging solutions. This integration will allow both to enhance their best practices and to develop synergies to strengthen their common operational excellence, especially in sectors such as agriculture or food, where they have extensive experience.

Like Hinojosa, Allard Emballages has integrated the manufacture of 100% recycled paper for its own consumption within its structure. This allows them to have greater autonomy in the face of changes in the market for this raw material and to offer a greater guarantee of stability to their customers.

In addition, both are strongly committed to sustainability and environmental protection. In the case of Hinojosa, the development of ISO 14001 in the plants illustrates this commitment. Furthermore, it is part of the ECOVADIS international rating system, and every year it presents its Corporate Responsibility Report, prepared in accordance with the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) model.

After this operation, Hinojosa is now made up of 20 factories and has a workforce of more than 2,300 employees.
