In the Yaroslavl region, they plan to put up for sale 64.98% of the shares of OAO Greenhouse Complex Tunoshna and 24.96% of the shares of OAO Aviation of Yaroslavl, owned by the regional government. The corresponding draft law, supplementing the forecast plan for the privatization of property owned by the Yaroslavl region, designed for 2021-2023, was submitted to the Yaroslavl Regional Duma by the acting governor of the region, Mikhail Evraev.
According to the draft law, the regional government owns 3327 units. shares of Tunoshna Greenhouse Complex OJSC and 7,015 shares of the Yaroslavl Aviation enterprise.
According to the Kartoteka.ru service, JSC Yaroslavl Aviation was registered in 1992 in the village of Levtsovo in the Yaroslavl region. The authorized capital of the enterprise is 28.1 thousand rubles. StroyLes LLC owns 59.72% of the company’s shares. Another 15.32% of the shares are owned by private individuals. The net loss of the enterprise for 2021 amounted to 300 thousand rubles.
JSC “Greenhouse complex” Tunoshna “” was registered in 2002 in the village of Tunoshna, Yaroslavl region, noted in the “Kartoteka.ru”. The authorized capital of the enterprise is 512 thousand rubles. The agro-production cooperative “Tunoshna” owns 1% of the shares of the enterprise, 14% of the shares belong to the agricultural company “Novaya Tunoshna”. Another 19% of the shares belong to Sergey Zamoraev. Mr. Zamoraev is also the founder of the Yaroslavl public fund “Podvorye” and the cooperative “Tunoshna”.
The document submitted to the regional Duma also notes that several real estate objects belonging to the regional government are subject to privatization. The list includes a non-residential building “Center for the Development of Creativity of Children and Youth”, located in Yaroslavl on Oktyabrya Avenue, 38; a vegetable store, a cowshed, a shed and several administrative non-residential premises in the village of Gagarinskaya Novoselka, Pereslavsky District.
It is also planned to privatize the therapeutic department in Yaroslavl on Chelyuskintsev Square, 8, which is an object of cultural heritage; non-residential buildings of a hospital and polyclinic on Bolshaya Norskaya Street and a maternity hospital on Krasnoperekopskaya Street in Yaroslavl; non-residential buildings in the village of Skobykino; a dormitory building, an artillery well and a correctional boarding school in the village of Bor, Nekrasovsky district; two unfinished buildings and a warehouse in Gavrilov-Yam at 1 Komarov Street.
