This year, a number of innovations have been introduced to the regional project of transforming the spaces of educational organizations “Arctic Schools”. In 2021, the competition was held in four areas: “Modern space of the school cafeteria”, “Sports school space”, “Public school space” and “Internal (learning) school space” (learning space). In 2022, the number of grants was increased, the number of applicants included, in addition to schools, preschool institutions, new areas appeared – “School Greenhouse” and “Preschool Education” (improvement of adjacent territories, public spaces and group premises). In 2021, 56 schools became the winners of the competitive selection, this year – 100 educational organizations (65 schools and 35 kindergartens).
One of the most striking innovations, according to acting. Minister of Education and Science of the Murmansk Region Diana Kuznetsova, was the inclusion of school greenhouses in the number of objects for the transformation. A large part of them were abandoned in the 1990s.
– In those educational organizations that have chosen this direction, there will be a “reset” of existing greenhouses. The kids grow their first plant with such pleasure, and if they are interested, they will read books about it, find like-minded people, learn how to work in a team, – I am sure acting. minister.
The regional Ministry of Education goes towards graduates.
