The Federation Council Committee on Agrarian and Food Policy and Environmental Management and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation plan to discuss possible measures aimed at stimulating an increase in greenhouse vegetable production. According to the chairman of the committee, Alexander Dvoynykh, Russia needs new greenhouse complexes, especially in the northern regions of the country. The main measure of support that industry representatives themselves allocate is compensation for the main costs of building complexes.
