A share in the authorized capital of Greenhouse-Pro LLC was acquired at an open auction by Andrey Kryukov, the former head of the finance department of Yekaterinburg. The announcement of the results of the auction was published on the website of the Unified Register of Bankruptcy Information.
The initial price of a share in the authorized capital of Greenhouse-Pro LLC (30000 / 90010) was 33.2 million rubles. The lot was put up for auction by the debtor company A Dva-Invest in July this year. The sole participant Andrey Alexandrovich Kryukov acquired a stake in the company’s management company for 35 million rubles. The winner is a member of the board of directors of the NPO “Inkerkhan”, the main activity is monetary intermediation. Mr. Kryukov from 2010 to 2015 held the position of Head of the Department of Finance in Yekaterinburg.
The second lot of “A Dva-Invest” is the right of claim to LLC “Greenhouse-Pro” worth 89.3 million rubles. – declared invalid due to lack of participants.
Greenhouse-Pro LLC was registered in 2016 in Krasnodar. The main activity is the cultivation of vegetables. Founders: Rodion Yarchuk (33% of the UK), David Soltanov (33% of the UK) and Rafael Soltanov (33% of the UK). The company’s revenue in 2021 amounted to 214.3 million rubles, profit – 2.1 million rubles.
In 2017, the authorities of the Krasnodar Territory and the management of Greenhouse-Pro LLC concluded an investment agreement at a forum in Sochi on the construction of a greenhouse complex for growing vegetables in the Krasnoarmeisky district of the Kuban. It was planned that the company would invest 800 million rubles in it. In February 2022, it was reported that Greenhouse-pro LLC was engaged in the second phase of the construction of a greenhouse complex worth 2 billion rubles.
The owner of the share in the company and the receivables of the enterprise, A Dva-Invest LLC, was registered in 2015 in Krasnodar. The main activity is the rental and management of own or leased real estate. The founder is Rodion Yarchuk. The loss of the enterprise in 2021 is 1.1 million rubles, net assets are 66.4 million rubles. The company was declared bankrupt in September 2020, bankruptcy proceedings were opened.
