The largest producer of protected soil vegetables in Russia increases the efficiency of its enterprises within the framework of the national project “Labor Productivity”. In 2024, three complexes will be involved in this work with the support of the Federal Center for Competencies in the Field of Labor Productivity (FCC). One of them was the ECO-culture shopping center from the Stavropol Territory. Various types of tomatoes are grown here, supplied to the country’s retail chains, and variety tests are carried out to expand the assortment. According to the general director of the enterprise, Alexander Snimshchikov, the care and harvesting of cherry tomatoes was chosen as a pilot stream. As a result, management expects to see a reduction in costs, an increase in financial performance and an increase in labor productivity. By the end of the year, FCC experts are implementing projects to improve production efficiency with working groups and other greenhouse complexes of the agro-industrial complex “ECO-culture”.
