The Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation notes that the rate of production of vegetables of protected soil exceeded last year’s. By mid-July, 908.9 thousand tons of greenhouse products had been collected in the country. The increase to the level of 2023 was 3.6%. At the same time, Russians have grown 528.7 thousand tons of cucumber and 358 thousand tons of tomato.
