Investments in the amount of 767 million rubles were allocated for the construction of greenhouses and a mechanization base on the site of the already operating Municipal Unitary Enterprise “Gorvodzelenkhoz” complex. For these purposes, at the beginning of this year, deputies of the City Duma transferred three land plots in Kazan with a total area of six hectares to the zone of public production facilities. So far, the company has grown 1.5 million pieces of flower seedlings annually. Thanks to the new construction, the greenhouse area will grow to 1.2 hectares. Up to 2.5 million seedlings can be obtained at this site each year.
