Over the past two years, there has been a surplus of cucumbers in the Russian domestic market. In this regard, it became necessary to increase the volume of vegetable exports. The transition to the cultivation of other types of greenhouse agricultural products is also justified. However, the shortage of tomato group is still relevant for the country. And so far it is being replaced by imports from Turkey, Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan.
