The new owners of the Industrialny greenhouse complex in Barnaul put up for sale a plot of land with an area of more than 10 hectares, which was previously occupied by the enterprise. As Tolk writes, they are ready to sell it for 100 million rubles.
OOO TK Tolmachevsky, which a few years ago bought out the state-owned TK Industrialny, is trying to sell a land plot of 106.8 thousand square meters. m, located near the intersection of Zvezdnaya Street and Pavlovsky Trakt. An announcement about this was posted on Avito. It says that repair shops, warehouses, industrial premises, garages, an operating transformer substation, a greenhouse and other buildings are located on the territory. The main communications are brought to the site.
From the USRN extract, it follows that since October 2021, the owner of the site is the Tolmachevsky greenhouse complex (part of the Gorkunov Group of Companies). It was this enterprise that received all rights to the property of Industrialny in the summer of 2021, and has been renting the property complex since 2019.
The public history of the sale of Industrialnoye dates back to 2018, when the governor of the region, Viktor Tomenko, expressed the opinion that it was necessary to get rid of non-core assets, which, moreover, were detrimental to the regional budget. As of the beginning of 2019, the cash gap at the enterprise was 300 million rubles, and credit obligations reached 750 million rubles.
In 2019, Tolmachevsky entered Industrialny, first as a tenant, and in the summer of 2021, the company took ownership by paying off the debts of Industrialny purchased from banks for 354.7 million rubles, Kommersant wrote. The region paid another 25 million rubles in cash. In total, Tolmachevsky received the ownership of about 10 hectares of greenhouses and about 72 hectares of land.
According to Tolk, the owner invested about 190 million rubles in the development of the complex. In February 2022, the head of the Committee for Industry, Entrepreneurship and Tourism of the AKZS, Vladimir Semenov, spoke about these investments. In 2021, 8.4 tons of vegetables were grown in Barnaul greenhouses, which is 10% higher than in 2020, he said.
It is curious that earlier TK Tolmachevsky LLC expressed its readiness to invest 233 million rubles in the Barnaul greenhouse complex in 2019 alone. In the case of the purchase of “Industrial”, “Tolmachevsky” promised to invest another 400 million rubles. The large-scale intentions of the investor were spoken at that time by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Altai Territory Sergey Mezhin at an operational meeting in the regional government on August 19, 2019.
