The collection and shipment of products began at the new greenhouse areas of the holding in the Tula, Voronezh and Moscow regions. The indicators of the collection and shipment of products from the new areas will amount to 1400 tons per week according to the plan. At the new production sites of the agro-industrial holding “ECO–culture” – in the greenhouse complex “Moscow region”, in the second stage of the greenhouse complex “Tula”, the third stage of the shopping mall “Voronezh” – the harvest of tomatoes of a new production cycle (the so-called winter turnover) of 2022-2023 has started. High-performance greenhouses are built according to advanced industry technologies and equipped with modern equipment. More than 80% of the materials and components used in construction are of domestic production. A round red medium-fruited tomato is grown on these new areas of the agricultural holding. This is a classic vegetable product, an indispensable ingredient of fresh salads, snacks, first and second courses is most in demand among consumers. Round tomatoes have a traditional bright color, classic taste and aroma, the weight of the fruit is 140-160 grams. The first batches of round red medium-fruited tomatoes grown in new ECO-culture greenhouses in the Tula, Voronezh and Moscow regions were collected and shipped to consumers in mid-August, the indicators of collection and shipment of products from new areas will amount to 1400 tons per week according to the plan. Tomatoes of the new harvest are shipped to both federal and regional retail chains. “All greenhouse complexes that are part of the agroholding “ECO-culture” will begin mass harvesting of tomatoes of the new winter turnover in late September – early October. The 2022/2023 production program includes various hybrids of round and plum-shaped tomatoes, cocktail tomatoes and cherry tomatoes. Currently, we are already shipping the first batches of tomatoes of the new crop from our new greenhouses in the Tula, Voronezh and Moscow regions,” commented Viktor Valiev, Director of the Department of Production Analysis and Development of the agro–industrial complex “ECO-Culture”.
