All of them have already implemented the principles of lean manufacturing and have results. We hope that our work with experts will also improve the production efficiency of the enterprise. Now we see the loss of time in the work of loaders, so we will jointly optimize logistics flows,” said Sergey Makarov, General Director of the greenhouse complex.
According to him, a comprehensive reorganization of production will allow the company to change the level of remuneration. Now new employees, starting work in the greenhouse, reach one hundred percent productivity only after four months. With the help of lean manufacturing tools, work efficiency will increase. Employees will get rid of routine processes, I will reach maximum productivity faster.
