Vladimir plant “Teplichny” is preparing for a large-scale modernization of greenhouses. This year they will prepare projects, and next year they will find contractors and start work. The company wants to grow more greenery.
One of the contracts is for the design of work on the modernization of greenhouses of the first site with an area of six thousand square meters. The cost of the work is 7.2 million rubles. The first section consists of three blocks of winter multi-span greenhouses connected by a technological corridor, six blocks of seasonal hangar film greenhouses connected to a technological corridor, a household unit with an irrigation room attached to a technological corridor.
“The block of winter multi-span greenhouses No. 3 with an area of 1.5 thousand square meters, the block of winter multi-span greenhouses No. 2 with an area of 3.3 thousand square meters, as well as the connecting corridor with an area of 973 square meters are subject to reconstruction. It is necessary to dismantle six blocks of seasonal hangar film greenhouses connected to the technological corridor, with a total area of 6.6 thousand square meters,” the documentation says.
Today, greens and eggplants grow in all these greenhouses. As explained in the “Greenhouse”, it is planned to build modern sites for growing greenery:
“The trays will move, the area will be used more efficiently. More harvest. The demand for greenery among the residents of Vladimir is great.”
In the connecting corridor, there will be rooms for storing technological equipment (trolleys for harvesting, containers for collecting and exporting plant residues, spraying plants, electric loaders), a room for plant protection equipment with its own drainage and ventilation, as well as a washing and disinfection area for tools, an irrigation zone, a room for operators and agronomic personnel. The documentation describes in detail the process of growing greenery in new greenhouses:
“For growing lettuce, riding peat is used. Pots are filled with this substrate. Through the sowing line, the pots are filled with a certain amount of seeds (it is different for each crop). After sowing, the cassettes are placed in the germination chamber until seedlings appear. When 50% of the seedlings from the total sowing appear, the cassettes are taken out and placed on tables with guide ribs for the installation of cassettes. These tables are equipped with a watering system through mobile rods moving above the tables.
The arrangement of pots in mobile automated rulers, which, with the help of a mechanized drive, move during the vegetation of plants along the production line. During the movement, a solution is supplied to the rulers, which feeds the root system of plants with the necessary nutrients. Within 15 to 28 days from the placement, the greens are ready for use.”
The Greenhouse plant grows coriander, parsley, dill, onion, frillis, lettuce and romaine lettuce.
The second contract is for the design of work on the overhaul of greenhouses on the fourth site. The area is 2.2 hectares. The cost of the work is 377 thousand rubles.
On this site there are six winter multi-span greenhouses, united by a technological corridor, a household unit with an irrigation room. Communications will be changed here, equipment will be updated.
All design work must be completed by the end of the year.
