Viscon Group has recently joined the Dutch greenhouse company Delta. “I see networking as the key to accelerating the development of new technologies in this world,” explains sales manager Robbert Jan in’t Veld.
Delta is committed to providing an integrated Fork2Farm solution that can make a significant contribution to food safety and security. To this end, the platform cooperates with a wide range of companies in the horticulture sector. “As food safety and local production become more important, it is important that the horticulture sector, as a global leader in sustainable food production, work together to bring Dutch greenhouse horticulture to market as a cluster around the world,” says Ying’ t Veld.
According to the sales manager, Dutch Greenhouse Delta ensures that the Dutch horticultural sector becomes economically viable for several countries around the world with the Fork2Farm solution. Viscon Group, a technology company based in St Gravendil in the south of Holland, wants to contribute to this with innovative solutions for the horticulture and fruit and vegetable market. In’t Veld: “At the end of the day, our goal is to make agricultural processes more sustainable, cost-effective, scalable and simple, using the latest technology and knowledge.”
