The Arbitration Court satisfied the requirements of the Rosselkhoznadzor and declared LLC “TC “Agropark” bankrupt. The company’s accounts payable amount to 1.2 billion rubles. Basically, these are the bank’s collateral requirements. Kristina Ponomarenko has been appointed as the bankruptcy trustee.
A greenhouse complex with an area of more than 11 hectares was opened in the Glushkovsky district in 2015 as part of the import substitution program. Investments in construction amounted to 2.2 billion rubles, of which 1.7 billion – credit resources of JSC “Rosselkhoznadzor”. The year–round production volume of the plant’s vegetable products exceeded 6.5 thousand tons: tomatoes – 1.8 thousand tons, cucumbers – 4.6 thousand tons, lettuce and greens – 220 tons.
In 2019, the capital JSC “Tirus” became the new owner of the Kursk enterprise. The management announced the second stage of construction of the greenhouse complex, but the project was not implemented. In 2020, arbitration proceedings began against Agropark.
According to the Card File, last year the company’s revenue fell by 64% to 75 million rubles.
