Everyone has these opportunities, but Ivanovo residents use them on a particularly large scale.

Ivanovskaya, not only in 2021, but every year, receives the most subsidies in the region to reimburse the costs of building greenhouses.

From 2021, the region will compensate the costs of private farms only for greenhouses with an area of up to 100 square meters. By the standards of gardeners, this is not much. More costs are reimbursed to the self-employed – up to 80 percent. This status began to be issued by many Ivanovo owners of household plots.

And yet – you can increase the amount of compensation if you build a completely metal booth. The subsidy for one square meter will amount to 350 rubles. And for the combined design (made of wood and metal) – only 150. The difference is significant. When subsidizing metal greenhouses, their number does not matter. It is important that the total area does not exceed two thousand square meters.

Svetlana Veligura and her son Dmitry have been growing vegetables for a long time, but they applied for a subsidy only this year. Received 628 thousand rubles. This is for five twin greenhouses, each of which is 400 square meters. They were built in the fourth quarter of 2021 and have already managed to plant lettuce and cabbage. And in 2022, the state returned most of the invested funds. This opportunity gives the status of self-employed.

Dmitry believes that the installation of metal greenhouses is troublesome and at times difficult. But they are more convenient to use. Yes, and they have better light transmission, it is more convenient to ventilate. Plus, they are warmer and more durable. The technology of attaching a polyethylene film allows you to change it every 3-4 years. And although the costs, of course, more, but it’s worth it. So you need to think about what is better: to build a greenhouse cheaper, but without a subsidy, or to invest and then profitably compensate for the costs.

Svetlana and Dmitry Veligura are not the only ones who received subsidies. There were 14 such people in Ivanovskaya last year. Of these, 10 are self-employed, one is the head of a peasant farm and three owners of private household plots. In total, in this village alone, in 2021 alone, the costs of building 31 greenhouses in the amount of 4.8 million rubles were reimbursed.

For those who would like to receive subsidies, you need to contact the administration of your rural settlement. Each of them has a specialist who will tell you how to do it.

300 Ivanovo residents received funds from the state to reimburse the costs of building greenhouses. These are the owners of household plots, peasant farms and the self-employed.

On average, 21 vegetable growers are reimbursed for the construction of booths per year.
