New greenhouses will appear in the Moscow region at the end of this year. In 2 projects
more than 18 billion rubles are invested in the cultivation of protected ground vegetables.
After the launch of new greenhouses, the Moscow Region will become a leader among
other regions of the Russian Federation on the gross harvest of vegetables grown in greenhouses.
The construction of greenhouses will be carried out by the companies “TK Podmoskovye” in the city district
Voskresensk and Lukhovitsy Vegetables in Lukhovitsy. The total area of greenhouses will be
50 ha. About 42,000 tons of vegetables will be grown here annually. To work in
new greenhouse complexes will be able to accommodate 820 people.
