These regulatory changes are a response to the challenges faced by farmers in the Turkestan region due to heavy snowfall. The national standard, collaboratively developed by the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Agriculture, and business representatives, came into effect on May 1, 2023.

Expanding Support Measures:

Notably, as the subsidy system advances, cost reimbursements increase from 25% to 30%, encouraging farms to invest in advanced technologies and expand their operations.
