The pilot project is planned to be launched within the boundaries of Bonch-Bruevich streets of Batumi, Pyatigorsk and 40 years of October.
According to the developed concept, new residential buildings should fit into the existing architectural context. The appearance of the neighborhood will be preserved. This is organized due to the variable height of new buildings: part of the house from the street side will be 2-storey, from the courtyard side there will be 9 floors.
