The Bor city court suspended the activities of the Nizhegorodsky greenhouse complex for 45 days. The restrictions are related to violations of sanitary rules and hygiene standards at the enterprise. At the moment, the decision of June 17 has not entered into force, the joint press service of the regional courts of general jurisdiction reports.
Last May, Rospotrebnadzor drew up a protocol on administrative violations against the greenhouse complex. The reason was the organization’s failure to comply with mandatory sanitary and epidemiological requirements. In particular, during the on-site inspection there were recorded exceeding the permissible levels of noise and vibration from operating equipment.
