Until the end of 2023, an energy center will appear in the Lipetsk region, which will provide electricity to the Chernozem Vegetables greenhouse complex. The agro-industrial holding Eco-Culture is investing in the construction.
According to RBC Chernozemye, the volume of investments has grown. Initially, they were supposed to amount to 7.8 billion rubles. Now the cost of the new facility is estimated at 9 billion.
