You probably noticed that after dark a spot of light appears in the sky over Yekaterinburg. Not all citizens know what it means. In fact, there is no mysticism: the glow in the sky is caused by the work of a huge greenhouse plant, where fresh vegetables and herbs are grown all year round.

JSC Teplichnoye belongs to the structure of agroholding AGRO-Asset and is located near Verkhnyaya Pyshma, in the village of Sadovoye. This is a unique agricultural enterprise, which has no analogues in the entire Sverdlovsk region. There is a whole “glass sea” on the territory of 36.44 hectares: greenhouses with tomatoes, cucumbers and green salad. The company produces more than 25,000 tons of vegetables a year. The plant’s products are in demand all year round, sold in beautiful green and red boxes under the trademark “Mr. Green”, it can be found in all stores in Yekaterinburg, the Sverdlovsk region and the Ural Federal District. The rich harvest is more than enough for the residents of our and neighboring regions.

The Ural summer is short, not all residents of the region have the opportunity to grow vegetables in their gardens. And Teplichnoye feeds Sverdlovsk residents with tomatoes, cucumbers and herbs all year round — even in winter, when everyone already misses the summer warmth and fresh vegetables. After all, every person needs vegetables rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals for a normal life.

The employees of the enterprise — agronomists, vegetable growers, technical specialists – are responsible for ensuring that these products are on the tables of the Urals. These are professionals who are engaged in planting, growing plants and harvesting, maintain the necessary temperature and humidity in greenhouses, and illuminate plants during a short daylight period.

Each plant at the plant is treated with love and awe, so the vegetables are so juicy. In terms of taste, they are approaching vegetables from their own garden!

— At the enterprise we get an environmentally friendly product, because we do not use chemical plant protection products, — says Sales Director Natalia Novotorzhentseva. — Instead, we use a unique method of biological protection with the help of entomophages — bedbugs and ticks that eat pests. This allows you to achieve maximum safety of the crop and not spoil the vegetables with chemicals.

Mostly women work at the plant, because the main profession at the enterprise is a vegetable grower, this work is very delicate and delicate. In fact, a plant is a child who needs care. And each employee has her own “kindergarten” — a plot with plants that she takes care of: “feeds”, makes “hairstyles”, cutting leaves and twisting tendrils for better growth, removes ripe fruits.

The profession of a vegetable grower is ideal for introverts, because it involves working with plants, not with people. Proximity to wildlife fills a person with new strength. Harsh sounds and loud music are excluded in the workplace, which allows you to fully focus on the quality of your work. All a vegetable grower has to think about is the life and health of his “wards”, maintaining the growth of vegetables and a rich harvest.

The duties and tasks of Greenhouse vegetable growers include preparing departments for a new crop rotation, preparing tools and equipment, carrying out preventive measures to exclude possible diseases of vegetable crops, forming plants (removing stepsons, garter, forming brushes), cutting a green leaf and harvesting. This work is very important, useful and deserves a lot of respect.

Without technical specialists, it is impossible to maintain a microclimate in the departments. The work of operators is the management of an automated microclimate control system. The operator’s workplace, like that of an airfield dispatcher, is equipped with a variety of monitors, sensors, and light indication. In fact, it is a digital double of the greenhouse, which displays all deviations from the specified parameters.

Agronomists-technologists are unique specialists for the Sverdlovsk region. These specialists are trained at the enterprise from graduates of universities and colleges with an agronomic orientation under the guidance of professionals with experience working with closed ground.

The finished goods warehouse is the last “outpost” before sending products to customers. It is equipped with modern equipment. On the territory of the warehouse, packing, quantum, round-the-clock shipment of finished products is carried out. It maintains a stable temperature throughout the year. The work of storekeepers and auxiliary workers is dynamic, requiring attention and responsibility.

The enterprise is equipped with modern domestic and imported equipment, advanced agrotechnical techniques and the latest achievements of world agricultural science are used here. At the same time, there is something Soviet in the “Greenhouse”, namely, the attitude towards employees. Every team member is respected here: they provide official employment, comply with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, organize delivery by official transport, give corporate discounts on products, provide comfortable working conditions and stable wages. Employees work according to a clear schedule, any processing is only by consent.

Every year, each employee undergoes a medical examination at the expense of the company. According to the results of the examination, on the basis of a doctor’s prescription, specialists are sent for sanatorium treatment. The children of the workers have a rest in the summer in the recreation camps of the UMMC.

All employees are provided with the necessary workwear. On the territory of the enterprise there is its own laundry to keep clothes clean.

The management of the combine does not save on the wage fund, indexing occurs regularly. The average salary at the enterprise is more than 40,000 rubles per hand. The piecework payment method allows vegetable growers to earn 1.5–2 times more than the average salary. Therefore, employees feel protected and confident in the future.

Today, 800 people already work in the state, but Teplichnoye continues to recruit staff to its team. The growth of the staff is associated with the expansion of production. The company is ready to invest in the development of personnel. Training of new employees and young specialists is carried out through a soft system of adaptation and mentoring. If you are ready to become a part of the “Mr. Green” team, send your resume or come directly to the plant.

Every employee of Teplichny is involved in a big and important business — providing people with healthy and delicious fresh vegetables all year round!
