Investors of a large greenhouse complex built in the Magadan region will be reimbursed part of the costs of its construction. The Russian government will allocate more than 85 million rubles for these purposes.
The corresponding resolution was signed by the head of the Cabinet of Ministers Mikhail Mishustin. The agro–industrial complex in the village of Talaya with an area of 1.5 hectares is one of the most modern year-round greenhouse complexes in the Far East. It was built in 2021.
We are talking about reimbursing the costs of its creation. Modern air conditioning, ventilation and artificial mist systems for irrigation are installed in six-meter greenhouses. Heating is provided by a geothermal source.
The mechanism of state support for investment projects for the construction and modernization of greenhouses in the Far East involves the return of up to 20% of the funds spent on their creation.
