The Borsky City Court ruled on the case of an offense on the part of the Nizhny Novgorod Greenhouse Plant LLC. KP-Nizhny Novgorod was informed about this in the joint press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of the Nizhny Novgorod region. The greenhouse complex is accused of non-compliance with sanitary standards when conducting activities (part 1 of Article 6.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, approx.). The case was considered on Friday, June 17, at 13:00.
– The announcement of the operative part of the resolution took place today. According to the overall result, the suspension of activity for 45 days,” the press service said.
It is worth noting that the sanction of this article provides for administrative suspension of activities for up to 90 days.
Recall that local residents have repeatedly complained about the bright night glow of the Bor greenhouses. “The Eye of Sauron” was seen even tens of kilometers away, in Nizhny Novgorod. It was decided to close the greenhouses with special curtains, but this did not calm the residents of the nearest villages, who at night heard a noise and a hum, as if on the runway, and also felt an unpleasant smell.
To dispel some myths about the work of greenhouses, the management of Nizhny Novgorod organized a tour of the complex. But even after it, complaints from residents of neighboring villages did not stop.
In May, the company conducted an inspection, during which some violations were revealed. In particular, a dangerous production facility was found there, for which some accompanying documents were missing.
About a week later, the Bor City Court received a statement of claim against the greenhouse complex. The plaintiff demanded to involve the greenhouse complex for gross violation of sanitary standards. Within a month, the administrative case was considered in court.
